Delivery

We ship across the European Union, and to other countries on request. Stock is held inside the EU, so orders delivered within the EU arrive with no import duty and no customs clearance, and without a transatlantic wait.

Dispatch

We dispatch within 1–4 business days of payment. The exact dispatch date is shown at checkout.

We deliberately promise the dispatch and not the delivery. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the transit time belongs to the carrier and to the service you chose at checkout — it is not something we control, so it is not something we promise. The carrier gives you its own tracking.

Shipping cost

  • The shipping cost and the carrier are shown at checkout, before you confirm and pay.
  • The shipping cost is paid by the customer — outbound with the order, and back again if goods are returned. One exception we cannot contract out of: where a consumer validly cancels within 14 days, we refund the standard outbound cost, as Article 13(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU requires. Business purchases: both directions, without exception.
  • Several items ordered together are combined into one shipment where their weight and size allow it.

Consumers (private individuals)

Who pays the shipping:

  • Outbound: you, at the price shown at checkout.
  • Back, after a valid 14-day cancellation: you — but we refund the standard outbound cost with the price of the goods.
  • Back, because the part is faulty or wrong: we pay.

Business customers (B2B)

Who pays the shipping:

  • Outbound: you, at the price shown at checkout.
  • Back, on an agreed return: you, in both directions — the outbound cost is not refunded.
  • Back, because the part is faulty or wrong: we pay.

Heavy and oversized parts

Some parts weigh more than 30 kg and do not fit a standard parcel service. Where that applies, the weight is stated on the product page and the shipping options at checkout reflect it. If a part cannot be shipped to your address at all, we tell you before taking payment.

Where we ship

The European Union, and other countries on request. Some EU territories lie outside the EU VAT area — the Canary Islands, the Azores and Madeira, Ceuta and Melilla, Åland and the French overseas departments among them. Orders to those destinations are handled case by case; write to us at info@techspares.eu before ordering.

Risk and damage in transit

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you nominated yourself, take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before unpacking and tell us — that photograph is what makes a claim against the carrier possible.

Returns

How to send something back, and what is deducted, is on the Returns and refunds page. The rules differ for consumers and business customers.
